Andrew ‘Fletch’ Fletcher is one of the original members of ‘Depeche Mode’.
He works on the organization parts for the band, forming the backbone of ‘DM’.
Going way back with Martin and doing many arbritating jobs within the band in the past, ‘DM’ is unthinkable without him.
During performances and tours, he´s occupied with keyboard-works.
